TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Full payment has to be done before work can be started on.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission regardless of reason.

  • Commissions are for personal use only, for corporate use, please contact me to discuss.

  • I will use and post commissioned work in my portfolio and social media. Additional fee required for privacy.

  • The artist will retain full copyrights of the commissioned illustrations

  • Estimated time taken may vary depending on how busy I will be.

  • Please notify me of change in username or accounts or no reply for 1 week in sketch revision will result in termination of commission.

  • Please provide sufficient references for the commission - especially for original characters. Will not be held liable if design is not as expected due to lack of information

  • Finished commissions will be sent via google drive along with invoice via email/drive in .png format

  • PROHIBITED FROM USING ARTWORK TO BE TRAINED IN AI MODELS/MODIFIED USING AI

  • PROHIBITED IN MODIFYING ARTWORK AND CLAIMING IT AS YOUR OWN

  • PROHIBITED FOR USE IN NFTs AND CRYPTOCURRENCY

ILLUSTRATION WORKFLOW PROCESS

  • Contact me via socials or email to send in your commission request!

  • Once request is confirmed, please send in references and moodboards as per the commission request.

  • Will provide 2 free revisions of sketches, subsequent major revisions will incur extra +5USD.

  • Will offer updates on commission progress weekly to ensure transparency between client and artist.

  • Please notify me of change in username or accounts or no reply in 3 follow ups will result in termination of commission.

PAYMENT

  • No refunds unless I am unable to complete it due to personal reasons.

  • Rush Fee: +20% of base price

  • Commercial fees : +50-200% base price depending on use

  • Privacy fee: +10% base price.

  • NSFW fee : +20% base price.

  • Additional fees are subject to complexity of the illustration.

  • International Payment Options: Paypal, Wise

  • Payment done with Paypal will incur an extra 6% due to Paypal fees.

  • Indonesian Payment Options : Bank transfer, OVO, Dana

  • $1 USD - IDR16.000

  • Singaporean Payment Option : PayNow, PayLah!

  • $1 USD - $1.25 SGD
